Resurrecting the body which is dead

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the part we discussed above (previous part) we see that the seven spirits which are the seven lamps were burning in front of the throne.

We understand that the seven spirits is Jesus Christ. When we accept God’s words, when Christ becomes perfect in us, we receive the seven spirits in us.

Romans 8:9 - But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.

Romans 8: 10, 11 - And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

In the previous days, God explained to us by using Noah and his family as a pattern and showed us how their ark was protected from the water.

I Peter 3: 21, 22 says - There is also an antitype which now saves us—baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,

who has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God, angels and authorities and powers having been made subject to Him.

We see that God is calling the generation who were saved in Noah’s ark as sons of men.

The generation which was saved in Noah’s ark did according to what God told them in the earth – they were fruitful, multiplied and filled the earth.

Genesis 11: 1 - Now the whole earth had one language and one speech.

Genesis 11: 4 - And they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top is in the heavens; let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth.”

The generation of the people who were saved by the ark did not think about God but wanted a name for themselves and said to themselves let us build a city according to our own wishes and a tower whose top will be in the heavens to rule the heavens. Due to this God in Genesis 11: 5 – 9 - But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower which the sons of men had built.

And the Lord said, “Indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them.

Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.”

So the Lord scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth, and they ceased building the city.

Therefore its name is called Babel, because there the Lord confused the language of all the earth; and from there the Lord scattered them abroad over the face of all the earth.

In this manner, what the people that God created did in Noah’s time, the same things people are doing now (Son of Man) even after Jesus came to the earth. The Son of Man came to save the world. He came as the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world and was sacrificed for us. God rose up the Lamb of God who was sacrificed for us. In order to give us salvation – He sent his word into us, gave His Son to us and delivered us from all worldly pleasures, worldly deeds, all our sinful nature, habits, iniquities, worldly customs and traditions and all worldly satan’s actions by sending God’s son into us.

But we, according to our own desire are giving place for Babel in our souls instead of the Kingdom of God.

Let us pray.
