"Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”.
Isaiah 51:11
Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen
We, the bride the church , our life should always be happy and contented.
My dear brothers and sisters in Christ,In the portion of the Bible, that we meditated upon in the past days, We, the bride, meditated on the fact that we should consecrate ourselves to the Lord.
Next what we are meditating upon is that in
2 Chronicles 7:4-11
Then the king and all the people offered sacrifices before the LORD.
And king Solomon offered a sacrifice of twenty and two thousand oxen, and an hundred and twenty thousand sheep: so the king and all the people dedicated the house of God.
And the priests waited on their offices: the Levites also with instruments of musick of the LORD, which David the king had made to praise the LORD, because his mercy endureth for ever, when David praised by their ministry; and the priests sounded trumpets before them, and all Israel stood.
Moreover Solomon hallowed the middle of the court that was before the house of the LORD: for there He offered burnt offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings, because the brasen altar which Solomon had made was not able to receive the burnt offerings, and the meat offerings, and the fat.
Also at the same time Solomon kept the feast seven days, and all Israel with him, a very great congregation, from the entering in of Hamath unto the river of Egypt.
And in the eighth day they made a solemn assembly: for they kept the dedication of the altar seven days, and the feast seven days.
And on the three and twentieth day of the seventh month He sent the people away into their tents, glad and merry in heart for the goodness that the LORD had shewed unto David, and to Solomon, and to Israel his people.
Thus Solomon finished the house of the LORD, and the king's house: and all that came into Solomon's heart to make in the house of the LORD, and in his own house, He prosperously effected.
In the above verses the Lord's church was consecrated by King Solomon, and the glory of the Lord filled the church. Then the priests were not allowed to enter the temple of the Lord. When we become the church of God, He only can be our priest. The Lord demonstrates it to us. And after consecrate, the priests went about their duties. The King David took the Levites and sang the hymns of the Lord, which he made as a praise to the Lord, that the grace of the Lord is everlasting. The priests stood against them and blew trumpets. All the people of Israel were standing. Since the bronze altar made by Solomon would not receive the burnt offerings, food offerings and sacrifices, Solomon sanctified the middle of the court in front of the Lord's church and offered the burnt offerings and peace offerings there. He came from the border of Hamath to the river of Egypt, and all the great congregation of Israel with him celebrated the festival for seven days, and celebrated the eighth day as a special feast. They celebrated the seven -day consecrate the altar and the seven -day festival . Then on the twenty-third day of the seventh month he sent the people to their tents. They went with joy and gladness because of the goodness that the Lord had done to David, Solomon, and Israel. Thus Solomon built the temple and the royal palace for the Lord. Everything that Solomon wanted to do in the church of the Lord and in his palace was successful.
Beloved, when we meditate on the above passages, the same scripture that we meditated on in the presence of the Lord a few days ago says that the Lord will renew us again. If we have consecrated ourselves to the Lord, when we sanctify our hearts, we should be full of praise and praise, and we should be able to hear and speak God's words. We should be worshiping the Lord with devotion every day. Then our hearts will be very happy and contented in Christ. Thus when the Lord's church and the King Christ's palace work in us, everything we do will be beneficial to us. Let us commit ourselves to the Lord in this way. Let us commit ourselves like this. Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
