“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

2 Corinthians 3: 8

How will the ministry of the Spirit not be more glorious?

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

The bride, the church by our salvation attaining the glory of God – its explanation.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that each one of our souls, the bride, should attain glory upon glory through Christ.

Next what we are meditating upon is that in 1 Chronicles 25: 1 – 3 Moreover David and the captains of the army separated for the service some of the sons of Asaph, of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, stringed instruments, and cymbals. And the number of the skilled men performing their service was:

Of the sons of Asaph: Zaccur, Joseph, Nethaniah, and Asharelah; the sons of Asaph were under the direction of Asaph, who prophesied according to the order of the king.

Of Jeduthun, the sons of Jeduthun: Gedaliah, Zeri, Jeshaiah, Shimei, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, under the direction of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with a harp to give thanks and to praise the Lord.

In the above-mentioned verses, David and the captains of the army separated for the service some of the sons of Asaph, of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, stringed instruments, and cymbals. And the number of the skilled men performing their service was: Of the sons of Asaph: Zaccur, Joseph, Nethaniah, and Asharelah; the sons of Asaph were under the direction of Asaph, who prophesied according to the order of the king. And also for the work of the temple in 1 Chronicles 25: 4 – 8 Of Heman, the sons of Heman: Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, Romamti-Ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth.

All these were the sons of Heman the king’s seer in the words of God, to exalt his horn. For God gave Heman fourteen sons and three daughters.

All these were under the direction of their father for the music in the house of the Lord, with cymbals, stringed instruments, and harps, for the service of the house of God. Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman were under the authority of the king.

So the number of them, with their brethren who were instructed in the songs of the Lord, all who were skillful, was two hundred and eighty-eight.

And they cast lots for their duty, the small as well as the great, the teacher with the student.

The above-mentioned people according to their duty without any difference they put lots. For the work of the Lord what kind of people the Lord is choosing is that yesterday in the portion that we were meditating upon in 1 Corinthians 15: 39 verse God is mentioning regarding four kinds of flesh. That is, according to each one of the growths of the deeds of our soul God is using man, animals, fishes and birds and showing us as a pattern. Also being sown means natural body is sown and spiritual body should arise. When the spiritual body arises is that when we take water baptism we should take by immersion in water. This means we are dying along with our Lord Jesus for our sins and living unto righteousness. Then by the Spirit of Christ we are revived and are arising. Then the spiritual body is arising. This is what shows our general salvation. Then the fact that is being mentioned is that each one of us according to how we are being sown we give the harvest according to that. Also, if we have good harvest, we will attain the glory of God according to that. That is what is said, in 1 Corinthians 15: 41 – 44 There is one glory of the sun, another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for one star differs from another star in glory.

So also is the resurrection of the dead. The body is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption.

It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness; it is raised in power.

It is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

Therefore he is considering everyone the same way and putting lots and choosing them and the Lord is showing this as a pattern in the Old Testament. When we consider this, in the one life of Christ various glory of God according to each person’s deeds we will receive. Therefore let us submit ourselves to shine in the glory of the Lord.

Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
