“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Isaiah 45: 17  But Israel shall be saved by the Lord With an everlasting salvation; You shall not be ashamed or disgraced Forever and ever.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

Hallelujah

The Way of Salvation

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, yesterday we meditated about the change of garment. We must put off our old life and put on our new life, which is Christ. We see that God is showing us that only if we put on the garment of salvation always, we will not be naked through our father's of the tribes as a pattern.

Joshua says Pick out from among you three men for each tribe, they shall go through the land,  and survey it according to their inheritance. They arose and went in order to go through the land and survey it and write and give him.

My dearly beloved, we must think one thing those who accept our Lord Jesus Christ as their personal saviour must love God with our whole heart, whole mind and whole strength. That is why, spirit, soul and body these should not be scattered but all together in the same way should glorify God together. Only then our soul will be awake and we will be able to accept Christ as our saviour.

That is why, in Ephesians 5: 14 - 17 Therefore He says: “Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Christ will give you light.”

See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is

From this we must know that, if we do not do the will of God, God will push us away like how he pushed Saul and he will remove the royal anointing from us. Also without the will of God, if we are united with worldly things, wordly worship, man's commandments and unequal yokes God will go away far from us. He will hide his face away from us. Also in order for Solomon to rule the kingdom, he gave him great wisdom. But because he went far away from God, and fell down due to his lust of eyes and lust of the flesh, God tore his kingdom from him.

In 1 Kings 11: 11, 12 Therefore the Lord said to Solomon, “Because you have done this, and have not kept My covenant and My statutes, which I have commanded you, (for all the foreign women he built shrines for foreign Gods) I will surely tear the kingdom away from you and give it to your servant.

Nevertheless I will not do it in your days, for the sake of your father David; I will tear it out of the hand of your son.

However I will not tear away the whole kingdom; I will give one tribe to your son for the sake of My servant David, and for the sake of Jerusalem which I have chosen.”

We see that Our Lord God did the same thing.

Therefore, Our Lord Jesus Christ says in Revelation 16: 15 Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.”

The new garment that God has given us is Christ. Only if we completely leave the old things, traditional life we can safe guard the new garment.

1 Corinthians 5: 6, 7  Your glorying is not good. Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump?

Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us.

Therefore, all our traditional natural characters should be changed, with sincerity and truth we must glorify God. That is why Our Lord God in Psalms 2: 6 Yet I have set My King On My holy hill of Zion.”

If we are truthful in this manner, we will not be seen naked.

In the sack of Benjamin, Joseph's brother three hundred pieces of silver was kept. He is keeping and sending that due to the famine that came in the land of Canaan. So in order to stop the famine and possess Canaan  he is showing this as a pattern and sending him. This three hundred pieces of silver is kept in order to show us as a pattern about how we should make Christ as our own. It is kept in the sack of the younger one, Benjamin. We cannot buy Christ by money. In order to explain and show us how to make Christ as our own this is shown as a pattern.

In order to show this, our Lord Jesus Christ came to Bethany to have a supper. There Martha served. Lazarus was one of those who sat at the table.

John 12: 3 Then Mary took a pound of very costly oil of spikenard, anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped His feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil.

But one of His disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, who would betray Him, said,

“Why was this fragrant oil not sold for three hundred denarii and given to the poor?”

This he said, not that he cared for the poor, but because he was a thief, and had the money box; and he used to take what was put in it.

But Jesus said, “Let her alone; she has kept this for the day of My burial.

For the poor you have with you always, but Me you do not have always.”

Dear people of God who are reading this, this three hundred pieces of silver, is shown to us as a pattern by God using our forefathers to show us that we must be buried with Christ and put off the old man and we must put on the new man, which is Christ.

That is why, it is kept in the sack of the younger one. Our Lord Jesus Christ manifests in our soul and when that soul is decorated with salvation, then the Christ in us will save many people.

That is why, in Isaiah 60: 20 - 22 Your sun shall no longer go down, Nor shall your moon withdraw itself; For the Lord will be your everlasting light, And the days of your mourning shall be ended.

Also your people shall all be righteous; They shall inherit the land forever, The branch of My planting, The work of My hands, That I may be glorified.

A little one shall become a thousand, And a small one a strong nation. I, the Lord, will hasten it in its time.”

In the above mentioned verses, our Lord Jesus Christ is made as a big strong nation. As a sign for it, the oil of spikenard is applied in Christ's feet and is wiping his feet with her hair. The explanation for this is that Jesus died for our sins and was buried and in order to raise us up along with Him through the spirit of Christ , Our Father God rose him from the dead. In this manner, our inner man is renewed and it is made possible to be made holy.

But Judas, betrays Jesus for thirty pieces of silver. The reason for this is that his soul is filled with cruelty. Another reason is he had the world and love of money in him.

But Israel, the church, though God did many good things they tested God. But we come to know that no one who tested God ten times saw Canaan.

Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, none of us should test God and our inner man should be renewed and in order for God to anoint us with a new grace, our heart should be filled with oil of spikenard without any blemish, we must make Christ our own. Then we will all be made righteous.

May the Lord bless us all. Let us pray.
