Being made holy

My dearly beloved in Christ, Our Lord Jesus Christ prepares the Holy Communion for his disciples and tells them in Matthew 26:29 But I say to you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father’s kingdom.”

That is why Jesus Christ, who said I will go and prepare a place for you in my Father’s house and I will come again and receive you to myself, came back on the Day of Pentecost on all those who were waiting for him.

Acts 1: 3 – 9 says - to whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them during forty days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God.

And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, “which,” He said, “you have heard from Me;

for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.”

Therefore, when they had come together, they asked Him, saying, “Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?”

And He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority.

But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.

After that, he came back down on the Day of Pentecost.

That is what Jesus is telling that everyone of us that we should receive power and be strengthened by the Holy Spirit. (Kingdom of the Father) When we change in this manner, Our Lord Jesus Christ makes us to sit in the heavenly places in the right hand of God along with Him and prepares the feast of Holy Communion for us.

Revelation 3: 20 - Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come into him and dine with him, and he with Me.

My dearly beloved, That is what Jesus is telling us I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father’s kingdom.”

In this manner, we should also wait for the Father’s kingdom to come in us according to the pattern that Christ has taught us. If we wait on God in holiness we will get the Father’s kingdom. We will be able to sit along with Christ in the Holy Communion. When we partake in the Holy Communion in this manner, Our Lord Jesus Christ is telling us here after we must drink grape fruit vine as new only in the Father’s Holy Communion. We realize that we should not drink it in other times and situations as part of our food.

Therefore, my dearly beloved in Christ, We must preserve ourselves with holiness.

In Numbers 6: 2 – 7 Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘When either a man or woman consecrates an offering to take the vow of a Nazirite, to separate himself to the Lord,

he shall separate himself from wine and similar drink; he shall drink neither vinegar made from wine nor vinegar made from similar drink; neither shall he drink any grape juice, nor eat fresh grapes or raisins.

All the days of his separation he shall eat nothing that is produced by the grapevine, from seed to skin.

‘All the days of the vow of his separation no razor shall come upon his head; until the days are fulfilled for which he separated himself to the Lord, he shall be holy. Then he shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow.

All the days that he separates himself to the Lord he shall not go near a dead body.

He shall not make himself unclean even for his father or his mother, for his brother or his sister, when they die, because his separation to God is on his head.

Numbers 6: 8 - All the days of his separation he shall be holy to the Lord.

The Nazarite is our Lord Jesus Christ.

Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all.
