“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”
Psalms 84: 12
O Lord of hosts, Blessed is the man who trusts in You!
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen
We, the bride, the church, should be as those who follow only the Lord.
My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that we, the bride, the church, should not give place for the spirit of the world in our soul.
Next what we are meditating upon is that 2 Kings 25: 1, 2 Now it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, on the tenth day of the month, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and all his army came against Jerusalem and encamped against it; and they built a siege wall against it all around.
So the city was besieged until the eleventh year of King Zedekiah.
In the above-mentioned verses, Zedekiah was the other name of Mattaniah. Now it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign of Judah, in the tenth month, on the tenth day of the month, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and all his army came against Jerusalem and encamped against it; and they built a siege wall against it all around. So the city was besieged until the eleventh year of King Zedekiah.
My dear people, what the above-mentioned are is that we, who have been redeemed by Christ if we will become under the bondage of the spirit of the world then our soul is made captive by the world and then deceived by the enemy and then we will leave the true words, which are the words of the Lord and walk according to the way our mind goes and we will lose the eternal life. Therefore, we must always in everything follow only the Lord and submit ourselves in this manner.
Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
