“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Hosea 12: 2

The Lord also brings a charge against Judah and will punish Jacob according to his ways; according to his deeds He will recompense him.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

We, the bride, the church, should not be the reason for the shedding of innocent blood.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that we, the bride, the church, should not be punished by the iniquity of our forefathers and be saved by Christ.

Next what we are meditating upon is that 2 Kings 24: 1 - 6 In his days Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up, and Jehoiakim became his vassal for three years. Then he turned and rebelled against him.

And the Lord sent against him raiding bands of Chaldeans, bands of Syrians, bands of Moabites, and bands of the people of Ammon; He sent them against Judah to destroy it, according to the word of the Lord which He had spoken by His servants the prophets.

Surely at the commandment of the Lord this came upon Judah, to remove them from His sight because of the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he had done,

and also because of the innocent blood that he had shed; for he had filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, which the Lord would not pardon.

Now the rest of the acts of Jehoiakim, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?

So Jehoiakim rested with his fathers. Then Jehoiachin his son reigned in his place.

In the above-mentioned verses, which Jehoiakim was ruling Judah Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up, and Jehoiakim became his vassal for three years. Surely at the commandment of the Lord this came upon Judah, to remove them from His sight because of the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he had done, and also because of the innocent blood that he had shed; for he had filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, which the Lord would not pardon. Now the rest of the acts of Jehoiakim, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Judah?  So Jehoiakim rested with his fathers. Then Jehoiachin his son reigned in his place.

My dear people, the facts regarding the above-mentioned verses is that because the anger of the Lord against Judah did not subside he sent this many enemies among them and is destroying Judah. Also, Manasseh made Judah to lose the way and due to this reason of this sin therefore he is not willing to forgive them. In this manner, if we are the reason for the shedding of innocent blood then he will send foreign spirit within us and he will remove our soul from the presence of the Lord. Therefore, my dear people we who are saved and are worshipping the Lord in spirit and in truth should not be reason for the shedding of others innocent blood and we must never make God to be angry through our deeds. Also, we who have been saved if we do things which are against the will of God, then the Lord will not forgive us. Therefore, we must always carefully walk in the Lord and submit ourselves in this manner.

Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
