“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

2 Corinthians 4: 6

For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

Our inner man, the bride, the church should be strengthened.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that if we, the bride, the church manifest as the temple of God, then he will make us his people and will not forsake us.

Next what we are meditating upon is that 1 Kings 6: 15 – 22 And he built the inside walls of the temple with cedar boards; from the floor of the temple to the ceiling he panelled the inside with wood; and he covered the floor of the temple with planks of cypress.

Then he built the twenty-cubit room at the rear of the temple, from floor to ceiling, with cedar boards; he built it inside as the inner sanctuary, as the Most Holy Place.

And in front of it the temple sanctuary was forty cubits long.

The inside of the temple was cedar, carved with ornamental buds and open flowers. All was cedar; there was no stone to be seen.

And he prepared the inner sanctuary inside the temple, to set the ark of the covenant of the Lord there.

The inner sanctuary was twenty cubits long, twenty cubits wide, and twenty cubits high. He overlaid it with pure gold and overlaid the altar of cedar.

So Solomon overlaid the inside of the temple with pure gold. He stretched gold chains across the front of the inner sanctuary and overlaid it with gold.

The whole temple he overlaid with gold, until he had finished all the temple; also he overlaid with gold the entire altar that was by the inner sanctuary.

In the above-mentioned verses, after King Solomon finished building the temple, he built the inside walls of the temple with cedar boards; from the floor of the temple to the ceiling he panelled the inside with wood; and he covered the floor of the temple with planks of cypress.

My dear people, the temple of God is being built. This is a pattern of the temple that God is raising within us through Solomon. The fact regarding the above-mentioned verses is that our inner man should be strengthened and also our heart should be made steadfast and within that our soul is made holy by the love of Christ and filled with grace and is glorified and that for Christ to dwell within us we must not give place for any other evil spirits and we must be safeguarded by the word of the Lord. Our soul is the inner sanctuary of the Lord. To safeguard this, our heart should be filled with the glory of God. In this manner, let us submit ourselves so that our inner body is blessed by the Lord.

Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
