“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”
Philippians 2: 2
Fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord of one mind.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen
We, the bride, the church should as those with one thought.
My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that our soul, the bride, the church should not be proud, and we must safeguard it carefully.
Next what we are meditating upon is that 1 Kings 5: 13 – 18 Then King Solomon raised up a labour force out of all Israel; and the labour force was thirty thousand men.
And he sent them to Lebanon, ten thousand a month in shifts: they were one month in Lebanon and two months at home; Adoniram was in charge of the labour force.
Solomon had seventy thousand who carried burdens, and eighty thousand who quarried stone in the mountains,
besides three thousand three hundred from the chiefs of Solomon’s deputies, who supervised the people who laboured in the work.
And the king commanded them to quarry large stones, costly stones, and hewn stones, to lay the foundation of the temple.
So Solomon’s builders, Hiram’s builders, and the Gebalites quarried them; and they prepared timber and stones to build the temple.
According to the above-mentioned verses, after King Solomon and Hiram made a covenant King Solomon raised up a labour force out of all Israel; and the labour force was thirty thousand men. And he sent them to Lebanon, ten thousand a month in shifts: they were one month in Lebanon and two months at home; Adoniram was in charge of the labour force. Solomon had seventy thousand who carried burdens, and eighty thousand who quarried stone in the mountains, besides three thousand three hundred from the chiefs of Solomon’s deputies, who supervised the people who laboured in the work. And the king commanded them to quarry large stones, costly stones, and hewn stones, to lay the foundation of the temple. So Solomon’s builders, Hiram’s builders, and the Gebalites quarried them; and they prepared timber and stones to build the temple.
My dear people, the above-mentioned word of the Lord is as a pattern that the temple of the Lord should be built. That is, to put the foundation of the temple with hewn stones, the King is commanding costly stones shows that the foundation of the temple is the Lamb of God who was beaten and that stone is the cornerstone and all of us joined together with it are as stones which are used to build and those who quarried the stone means the servants of God along with that the servants of Hiram are doing it together means the temple of the Lord every one’s soul is being built as the temple of Christ. But the temple that Solomon built should done by making a covenant with Hiram even though it was with the wood and stones that came from the country of Tyre and even though his soul had made a covenant with Hiram in his soul he has two kinds of thoughts, and we can see this. In this manner, if there are two kinds of deeds in us in that temple the glory of God will not stay. Therefore, my dear people, let us be of one mind in Christ. In this manner, let us submit ourselves to manifest only as those with one thought.
Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
