“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”
Psalms 66: 16
Come and hear, all you who fear God, and I will declare what He has done for my soul.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen
We, the bride, the church should break our soul, be crushed and pray for our land.
My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that our hand, the bride, the church should never raise and stand against God in our deed.
Next what we are meditating upon is that
2 Samuel 21:1 - 14
Now there was a famine in the days of David for three years, year after year; and David inquired of the Lord. And the Lord answered, “It is because of Saul and his bloodthirsty house, because he killed the Gibeonites.”
So the king called the Gibeonites and spoke to them. Now the Gibeonites were not of the children of Israel, but of the remnant of the Amorites; the children of Israel had sworn protection to them, but Saul had sought to kill them in his zeal for the children of Israel and Judah.
Therefore David said to the Gibeonites, “What shall I do for you? And with what shall I make atonement, that you may bless the inheritance of the Lord?”
And the Gibeonites said to him, “We will have no silver or gold from Saul or from his house, nor shall you kill any man in Israel for us.” So he said, “Whatever you say, I will do for you.”
Then they answered the king, “As for the man who consumed us and plotted against us, that we should be destroyed from remaining in any of the territories of Israel,
let seven men of his descendants be delivered to us, and we will hang them before the Lord in Gibeah of Saul, whom the Lord chose.” And the king said, “I will give them.”
But the king spared Mephibosheth the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, because of the Lord’s oath that was between them, between David and Jonathan the son of Saul.
So the king took Armoni and Mephibosheth, the two sons of Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, whom she bore to Saul, and the five sons of Michal the daughter of Saul, whom she brought up for Adriel the son of Barzillai the Meholathite;
and he delivered them into the hands of the Gibeonites, and they hanged them on the hill before the Lord. So they fell, all seven together, and were put to death in the days of harvest, in the first days, in the beginning of barley harvest.
Now Rizpah the daughter of Aiah took sackcloth and spread it for herself on the rock, from the beginning of harvest until the late rains poured on them from heaven. And she did not allow the birds of the air to rest on them by day nor the beasts of the field by night.
And David was told what Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, the concubine of Saul, had done.
Then David went and took the bones of Saul, and the bones of Jonathan his son, from the men of Jabesh Gilead who had stolen them from the street of Beth Shan, where the Philistines had hung them up, after the Philistines had struck down Saul in Gilboa.
So he brought up the bones of Saul and the bones of Jonathan his son from there; and they gathered the bones of those who had been hanged.
They buried the bones of Saul and Jonathan his son in the country of Benjamin in Zelah, in the tomb of Kish his father. So they performed all that the king commanded. And after that God heeded the prayer for the land.
What is written in the above-mentioned verses is that there was a famine in the days of David for three years, year after year; and David inquired of the Lord. And the Lord answered, “It is because of Saul and his bloodthirsty house, because he killed the Gibeonites.” So the king called the Gibeonites and spoke to them. And with what shall I make atonement, that you may bless the inheritance of the Lord?” And the Gibeonites said to him, “We will have no silver or gold from Saul or from his house, nor shall you kill any man in Israel for us.” So he said, “Whatever you say, I will do for you.” Then they answered the king, “As for the man who consumed us and plotted against us, that we should be destroyed from remaining in any of the territories of Israel, let seven men of his descendants be delivered to us, and we will hang them before the Lord in Gibeah of Saul, whom the Lord chose.” And the king said, “I will give them.” But the king spared Mephibosheth the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, because of the Lord’s oath that was between them, between David and Jonathan the son of Saul. So the king took Armoni and Mephibosheth, the two sons of Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, whom she bore to Saul, and the five sons of Michal the daughter of Saul, whom she brought up for Adriel the son of Barzillai the Meholathite; and he delivered them into the hands of the Gibeonites, and they hanged them on the hill before the Lord.
My dear people, when we meditate upon the verses mentioned above in our soul a new change must come. That is, David was doing the will of God and but in his life due to the mistakes that happened even though God punished him again he walks in the path of the Lord. Also, all the war that took place by him were victorious. But when we read here after David became king there was a famine for three years, year after year. The reason for this is being shown to us as a pattern that in the times when Saul was king the mistakes that took place was not forgotten by God and this, we must all know. The fact regarding this is that if by the servants of God who have been anointed by the Lord if in the church someone is made to fall and if it becomes the reason for their soul to be destroyed then in their families God’s anger comes and he is telling to make atonement (cleansing by the blood of Christ) for that. This is because if we become a reason for one soul to be destroyed, he is calling us as one who desires blood. Also, for those remaining among the Gentiles God is having mercy and standing in the midst of those who have done evil deeds and does justice, and we must know this. From this thing what we must know is that in these days, our land there is evil, pestilence and plague and due to that everywhere famine is coming.
My dear people, who is the reason for this? What is the reason for God’s anger to come upon our land? This is the time for each one of us to think and act accordingly. Also, teachings which are lies, when we speak regarding the words of the heaven of God the teachings about the blessings of the world. In the churches of God no truthful teaching of Christ can be seen. The miracles which are done by the liar devil, for the sake of money and cash false prophecies. No love among each other, showing zeal against each other, no holiness in our lives, and people judging and passing judgement that the righteous man is wicked and the wicked man is righteous and if we continue to say we can continue saying more. Therefore for the land to be redeemed from the anger of the Lord which is there in these days shedding only tears and praying is an injustice that we are doing to the Lord. These are artificial tears.
My dear people, due to each one of us how many people’s souls are dying and if we are the reason of their death we must realize and our soul must break, be crushed and shed blood as sweat and if we fall in the feet of the Lord all of us in the same way then may be sometimes our God may have mercy upon the land and will listen to our supplication and there is no change in this. Let us all submit in this manner.
Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
