“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Proverbs 25: 5 

Take away the wicked from before the king, and his throne will be established in righteousness.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

In us, the bride, the church the throne of the Lord should be established.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that we, the bride, the church should have only Christ as our King in our soul.

Next what we are meditating upon is that 2 Samuel 15: 22 – 24 So David said to Ittai, “Go, and cross over.” Then Ittai the Gittite and all his men and all the little ones who were with him crossed over. 

And all the country wept with a loud voice, and all the people crossed over. The king himself also crossed over the Brook Kidron, and all the people crossed over toward the way of the wilderness.

There was Zadok also, and all the Levites with him, bearing the ark of the covenant of God. And they set down the ark of God, and Abiathar went up until all the people had finished crossing over from the city.

In the above-mentioned verses, Ittai the Gittite answered king David and said, “As the Lord lives, and as my lord the king lives, surely in whatever place my lord the king shall be, whether in death or life, even there also your servant will be.” So David said to Ittai, “Go, and cross over.” Then Ittai the Gittite and all his men and all the little ones who were with him crossed over. And all the country wept with a loud voice, and all the people crossed over. The king himself also crossed over the Brook Kidron, and all the people crossed over toward the way of the wilderness. There was Zadok also, and all the Levites with him, bearing the ark of the covenant of God. And they set down the ark of God, and Abiathar went up until all the people had finished crossing over from the city.

Also in 2 Samuel 15: 25 Then the king said to Zadok, “Carry the ark of God back into the city. If I find favour in the eyes of the Lord, He will bring me back and show me both it and His dwelling place.

The explanation regarding what is mentioned above is that as a pattern the ark of the covenant of God is the word of God. The Lord Jesus Christ so that no other evil one will deceive and take his throne and it is sure that the Lord will not give his praise to anyone else. Therefore, when he came to know that Absalom to become king in Hebron had taken the people under him, he took his people, Zadok and all the Levites who carry the ark of the covenant of the Lord and we can see that he is going. If we want the throne of the Lord to be established in us, then we must always be careful and we must receive this. If we are careless then the cursed Satan will deceive us. Therefore let us submit ourselves so that always the throne of the Lord will be established in us.
