“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Ezekiel 37: 22

And I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king over them all; they shall no longer be two nations, nor shall they ever be divided into two kingdoms again.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

We, the bride, the church should have only Christ as our King in our soul.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that we, the bride, the church should never walk as a lie.

Next what we are meditating upon is that 2 Samuel 15: 12, 13 Then Absalom sent for Ahithophel the Gilonite, David’s counselor, from his city—from Giloh—while he offered sacrifices. And the conspiracy grew strong, for the people with Absalom continually increased in number.

Now a messenger came to David, saying, “The hearts of the men of Israel are with Absalom.”

In the above-mentioned words, when Absalom is going to Hebron to offer the sacrifices Absalom sent for Ahithophel the Gilonite, David’s counselor, from his city—from Giloh—while he offered sacrifices. And the conspiracy grew strong, for the people with Absalom continually increased in number. Now a messenger came to David, saying, “The hearts of the men of Israel are with Absalom.

Then David told his servants in 2 Samuel 15: 14 So David said to all his servants who were with him at Jerusalem, “Arise, and let us flee, or we shall not escape from Absalom. Make haste to depart, lest he overtake us suddenly and bring disaster upon us and strike the city with the edge of the sword.”

When the servants of David heard the above-mentioned words from David told David that “We are your servants, ready to do whatever my lord the king commands.” Then the king went out with all his household after him. But the king left ten women, concubines, to keep the house. And the king went out with all the people after him and stopped at the outskirts. Then all his servants passed before him; and all the Cherethites, all the Pelethites, and all the Gittites, six hundred men who had followed him from Gath, passed before the king. Also, the king said to Ittai the Gittite in 2 Samuel 15: 19 – 21 Then the king said to Ittai the Gittite, “Why are you also going with us? Return and remain with the king. For you are a foreigner and also an exile from your own place.

In fact, you came only yesterday. Should I make you wander up and down with us today, since I go I know not where? Return, and take your brethren back. Mercy and truth be with you.”

But Ittai answered the king and said, “As the Lord lives, and as my lord the king lives, surely in whatever place my lord the king shall be, whether in death or life, even there also your servant will be.”

When the king said the above-mentioned words to Ittai, because he did not want to separate and go away from the king so David is calling him and taking him.

My dear people, the above-mentioned words God is showing as a pattern that the Lord only is our king. Against the throne of our king Christ foreign spirits will come within us to stay and so the father of lies, the devil will deceive us and will try to attract and take us. But at that time itself so that only he will dwell in our soul he prepares us for war and the Lord reveals himself as the one who fights the war. Therefore, Christ alone is the one who is the highest in our life and is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords and for this let us submit ourselves.

Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
