“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Revelation 21: 8

But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

In our soul, the bride, the church we should not be afraid of the word of the Philistines and we must put on the strength of the Lord.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that we, the bride, the church should be careful so that the blessing that we have received from the Lord is not taken from us and we must safeguard it.

Next what we are meditating is that 1 Samuel 17: 1 - 11 Now the Philistines gathered their armies together to battle, and were gathered at Sochoh, which belongs to Judah; they encamped between Sochoh and Azekah, in Ephes Dammim.

And Saul and the men of Israel were gathered together, and they encamped in the Valley of Elah, and drew up in battle array against the Philistines.

The Philistines stood on a mountain on one side, and Israel stood on a mountain on the other side, with a valley between them.

And a champion went out from the camp of the Philistines, named Goliath, from Gath, whose height was six cubits and a span.

He had a bronze helmet on his head, and he was armed with a coat of mail, and the weight of the coat was five thousand shekels of bronze.

And he had bronze armor on his legs and a bronze javelin between his shoulders.

Now the staff of his spear was like a weaver’s beam, and his iron spearhead weighed six hundred shekels; and a shield-bearer went before him.

Then he stood and cried out to the armies of Israel, and said to them, “Why have you come out to line up for battle? Am I not a Philistine, and you the servants of Saul? Choose a man for yourselves, and let him come down to me.

If he is able to fight with me and kill me, then we will be your servants. But if I prevail against him and kill him, then you shall be our servants and serve us.”

And the Philistine said, “I defy the armies of Israel this day; give me a man, that we may fight together.”

When Saul and all Israel heard these words of the Philistine, they were dismayed and greatly afraid.

The explanation of the above-mentioned words is that the Philistines gathered their armies together to battle, and were gathered at Sochoh, which belongs to Judah; they encamped between Sochoh and Azekah, in Ephes Dammim. But if I prevail against him and kill him, then you shall be our servants and serve us.” And the Philistine said, “I defy the armies of Israel this day; give me a man, that we may fight together.” When Saul and all Israel heard these words of the Philistine, they were dismayed and greatly afraid.

My dear people, according to the above-mentioned words the reason why God is showing us as a pattern is that the Philistines comes against the Israelites, the redeemed soul to do evil deeds in the morning and evening and thoughts to change our mind will come and stand and this will happen in everyone’s life and regarding this only it is written that he will come and stand in the morning and in the evening. Also, it is written regarding the weapons a man is wearing. That is, Philistine means he also desires the ark of the covenant of the Lord. The reason for that is Philistines means those who are walking in two ways, that is, according to the words of the Lord and also in their lives they will do idol worship. Also, the thought to overcome those who are completely walking in the ways of the Lord will arise in the midst of their soul. But God will ensure that his children do not fall due to the deeds of the Philistines and at that time putting on the strength of God he stands and gives them the grace to win against them.

In this manner, every day regarding the words of the Philistines it is written that the Israelites were greatly afraid. We must never be afraid of the words of the Philistines and if we will fear the word of the Lord, then the Lord will always be with us. Let us submit ourselves in this manner.

Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
