“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”
Psalms 55: 16 As for me, I will call upon God, and the Lord shall save me.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen
Hallelujah
Our soul, the bride, the church should be as those who rejoice in the Lord.
My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that in us, God by his grace he is establishing his throne and regarding this we meditated along with patterns.
Next what we are meditating is that 1 Samuel 1: 1 – 6 Now there was a certain man of Ramathaim Zophim, of the mountains of Ephraim, and his name was Elkanah the son of Jeroham, the son of Elihu, the son of Tohu, the son of Zuph, an Ephraimite.
And he had two wives: the name of one was Hannah, and the name of the other Peninnah. Peninnah had children, but Hannah had no children.
This man went up from his city yearly to worship and sacrifice to the Lord of hosts in Shiloh. Also the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, the priests of the Lord, were there.
And whenever the time came for Elkanah to make an offering, he would give portions to Peninnah his wife and to all her sons and daughters.
But to Hannah he would give a double portion, for he loved Hannah, although the Lord had closed her womb.
And her rival also provoked her severely, to make her miserable, because the Lord had closed her womb.
In the above-mentioned verses there was a certain man of Ramathaim Zophim, of the mountains of Ephraim, and his name was Elkanah the son of Jeroham, the son of Elihu, the son of Tohu, the son of Zuph, an Ephraimite.
God is showing these things for the salvation of our soul as a pattern. Therefore, my dear people the love of the world is an enmity against God and we must all realize that and when the world is loving us we must not be happy because of that and we must always be glad in the Lord. The explanations regarding this, if God wills, we will meditate tomorrow by his grace.
Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
