“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Romans 8: 36, 37 As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”

Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

Hallelujah

We, the bride, the church in any circumstance should not leave Christ and should always be careful.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that we, the bride, the church should safeguard ourselves so that our heavenly food is not decreased.

Next, what we are meditating is that Ruth 1: 11, 12 But Naomi said, “Turn back, my daughters; why will you go with me? Are there still sons in my womb, that they may be your husbands?

Turn back, my daughters, go—for I am too old to have a husband. If I should say I have hope, if I should have a husband tonight and should also bear sons,

When we meditate upon the above-mentioned verses, the bride, the church who is Naomi is telling her daughter in laws who are Moabite women that “Turn back, my daughters; why will you go with me? Are there still sons in my womb, that they may be your husbands? Turn back, my daughters, go—for I am too old to have a husband. If I should say I have hope, if I should have a husband tonight and should also bear sons,

Ruth 1: 13 would you wait for them till they were grown? Would you restrain yourselves from having husbands? No, my daughters; for it grieves me very much for your sakes that the hand of the Lord has gone out against me!”

In this verse, she is telling that it grieves me very much for your sakes. My dear people, when we see here Naomi went into the land of Moab and took wives for her sons and it causes much grief in her life, and she realizes that. In this manner only many among us go into the territory of Moab leaving God far away. But Moab, in Isaiah 15: 1 – 9 The burden against Moab. Because in the night Ar of Moab is laid waste and destroyed, Because in the night Kir of Moab is laid waste and destroyed,

He has gone up to the temple and Dibon, to the high places to weep. Moab will wail over Nebo and over Medeba; On all their heads will be baldness, and every beard cut off.

In their streets they will clothe themselves with sackcloth; On the tops of their houses and in their streets everyone will wail, weeping bitterly.

Heshbon and Elealeh will cry out, Their voice shall be heard as far as Jahaz; Therefore the armed soldiers of Moab will cry out; His life will be burdensome to him.

“My heart will cry out for Moab; His fugitives shall flee to Zoar, like a three-year-old heifer. For by the Ascent of Luhith they will go up with weeping; For in the way of Horonaim they will raise up a cry of destruction,

For the waters of Nimrim will be desolate, for the green grass has withered away; The grass fails, there is nothing green.

Therefore the abundance they have gained, and what they have laid up, they will carry away to the Brook of the Willows.

For the cry has gone all around the borders of Moab, Its wailing to Eglaim and its wailing to Beer Elim.

For the waters of Dimon will be full of blood; because I will bring more upon Dimon, lions upon him who escapes from Moab, and on the remnant of the land.”

The above-mentioned burdens all of them, if our soul is as Moab these deeds will be present. In this manner, in her life she understood the grief that came. Then as soon as she said that it grieves her Ruth 1: 14, 15 Then they lifted up their voices and wept again; and Orpah kissed her mother-in-law, but Ruth clung to her.

And she said, “Look, your sister-in-law has gone back to her people and to her gods; return after your sister-in-law.”

When we meditate upon the above-mentioned verses, Orpah left her mother-in-law and went. This is because of the reason that she did not have salvation in her, so she did not have the hesitation to go back to her previous life. Therefore regarding her Naomi tells Ruth she has gone back to her people and to her gods; in the same way you also return after your sister-in-law. For that, Ruth 1: 16 – 18 But Ruth said: “Entreat me not to leave you, or to turn back from following after you; For wherever you go, I will go; And wherever you lodge, I will lodge; Your people shall be my people, and your God, my God.

Where you die, I will die, and there will I be buried. The Lord do so to me, and more also, if anything but death parts you and me.”

When she saw that she was determined to go with her, she stopped speaking to her.

When we meditate upon these verses, we see that Naomi is testing the heart of Ruth. But Ruth is steadfast in the presence of the Lord and God is showing this as a pattern of the bride, the church. Regarding that, she is telling that where you die, I will die, and there will I be buried. The Lord do so to me, and more also, if anything but death parts you and me. When she saw that she was determined to go with her, she stopped speaking to her.

My dear people, when we meditate upon this God is showing us as a pattern regarding the salvation of the soul of Naomi and because she went to the land of Moab and because she took relations there God destroyed her life and when she repented again and chose a new life and died along with Christ and for her to be buried along with Christ she is submitting her soul to God and he is showing this to us as a pattern. When we see this, if any one among us has entered into Moab, let us confess our sins now itself and submit ourselves to inherit salvation. God will accept us and bless us.

Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
