“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”
Psalms 37: 40 And the Lord shall help them and deliver them; He shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in Him.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen
Hallelujah
We, the bride, the church should not get stuck with the Spirit of harlotry and we must safeguard ourselves.
My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that we, the bride, the church should safeguard the strength of our soul and this is because Samson, the first time he was tied, we meditated that no one realized the secret as to how he broke that bond.
Next, what we are meditating is that Judges 16: 10 – 14 Then Delilah said to Samson, “Look, you have mocked me and told me lies. Now, please tell me what you may be bound with.”
So he said to her, “If they bind me securely with new ropes that have never been used, then I shall become weak, and be like any other man.”
Therefore Delilah took new ropes and bound him with them, and said to him, “The Philistines are upon you, Samson!” And men were lying in wait, staying in the room. But he broke them off his arms like a thread.
Delilah said to Samson, “Until now you have mocked me and told me lies. Tell me what you may be bound with.” And he said to her, “If you weave the seven locks of my head into the web of the loom”—
So she wove it tightly with the batten of the loom, and said to him, “The Philistines are upon you, Samson!” But he awoke from his sleep, and pulled out the batten and the web from the loom.
The second time what Delilah told Samson is that “Look, you have mocked me and told me lies. Now, please tell me what you may be bound with.” So he said to her, “If they bind me securely with new ropes that have never been used, then I shall become weak, and be like any other man.” Therefore Delilah took new ropes and bound him with them, and said to him, “The Philistines are upon you, Samson!” And men were lying in wait, staying in the room. But he broke them off his arms like a thread.
The third time Delilah is asking him the same way as the previous time. For that he is telling her “If you weave the seven locks of my head into the web of the loom” it will be possible. So she wove it tightly with the batten of the loom, and said to him, “The Philistines are upon you, Samson!” But he awoke from his sleep and pulled out the batten and the web from the loom.
Then she, in Judges 16: 15 Then she said to him, “How can you say, ‘I love you,’ when your heart is not with me? You have mocked me these three times and have not told me where your great strength lies.”
According to the above-mentioned verse, each and every day she is pressurizing him by her words and because she is pestering him so that he may die his soul is being oppressed.
My dear people, for what God is showing this as a pattern is that Delilah is pressurizing Samson for the Philistines three times. The reason for this is that the spirit of harlotry is working in him. Therefore his soul is stuck in the hands of the enemy and is not able to come out and he is despaired. The reason is that the Philistines do not know from where his strength came. But they want to know it through Delilah. Samson, who knew this did not reveal it to her the three times. Also, my dear people, to tell us that we should not share spiritual secrets God is showing Samson as an example and is showing us as a pattern. But if we reveal it, the enemy will not allow it to grow and will stop it. Therefore we must all not fall in the Spirit and so we must secretly safeguard the strength of God which God has given us as a blessing. In this manner, to safeguard it secretly and so that we do not fall in the deeds of the harlot and are safeguarded let us submit ourselves.
Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
