If we, the bride, the church be as those who obey God always then he will accept the sacrifices that we offer.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that the salvation of our soul, the bride, the church and through that how we should live in holiness, and we meditated this along with patterns.

Next, what we are meditating is that Judges 13: 20 – 23 it happened as the flame went up toward heaven from the altar—the Angel of the Lord ascended in the flame of the altar! When Manoah and his wife saw this, they fell on their faces to the ground. 

When the Angel of the Lord appeared no more to Manoah and his wife, then Manoah knew that He was the Angel of the Lord.

And Manoah said to his wife, “We shall surely die, because we have seen God!”

But his wife said to him, “If the Lord had desired to kill us, He would not have accepted a burnt offering and a grain offering from our hands, nor would He have shown us all these things, nor would He have told us such things as these at this time.”

In these verses what we are meditating is that in the sacrifices that Manoah offered to the Lord we see that wonderous things were manifested. It happened as the flame went up toward heaven from the altar—the Angel of the Lord ascended in the flame of the altar! When Manoah and his wife saw this, they fell on their faces to the ground. When the Angel of the Lord appeared no more to Manoah and his wife, then Manoah knew that He was the Angel of the Lord. And Manoah said to his wife, “We shall surely die, because we have seen God!”

My dear people, when we meditate upon this just like how God was pleased with the sacrifices that Manoah offered if we want God to be pleased with the sacrifices that we are offering him then they obeyed everything that the Angel of the Lord told them and they did everything according to that and offered themselves to God and just like how they offered the sacrifice if we also do in this manner then in our soul wonderous things will be manifested. Not only that, but we will also see him with our spiritual eyes. If we will see him our soul will be without dying forever. God is showing this as a pattern through Manoah means he is telling his wife “We shall surely die, because we have seen God!” But his wife said to him, “If the Lord had desired to kill us, He would not have accepted a burnt offering and a grain offering from our hands, nor would He have shown us all these things, nor would He have told us such things as these at this time.” From this what we come to know is that when we offer God the sacrifice of praise, only if we always humble ourselves and obey his voice God will accept the sacrifice that we offer.

Also, if he accepts in this manner our soul will live along with him. Showing this as a pattern in Judges 13: 24 So the woman bore a son and called his name Samson; and the child grew, and the Lord blessed him.

In the above-mentioned verses, that woman bore a son and called his name Samson, and the child grew, and the Lord blessed him. The explanation regarding this shows us as a pattern regarding the salvation of our soul. Let us submit ourselves to safeguard the salvation that we received in this manner.
