“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Psalms 51: 14 Deliver me from the guilt of bloodshed, O God, The God of my salvation, and my tongue shall sing aloud of Your righteousness.

How we, the bride, the church should live the salvation of our soul and holy life as a pattern.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that in us, the bride, the church our Lord Jesus Christ reigns as a judge forever and we meditated regarding this.

Next, what we are meditating is that Judges 13: 1 – 3 Again the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the Lord, and the Lord delivered them into the hand of the Philistines for forty years.

Now there was a certain man from Zorah, of the family of the Danites, whose name was Manoah; and his wife was barren and had no children. 

And the Angel of the Lord appeared to the woman and said to her, “Indeed now, you are barren and have borne no children, but you shall conceive and bear a son.

In the above-mentioned verses, the kings who judged Israel after all of them died one by one, because they again did evil in the sight of the Lord and the Lord delivered them into the hand of the Philistines for forty years. Now there was a certain man from Zorah, of the family of the Danites, whose name was Manoah; and his wife was barren and had no children. And the Angel of the Lord appeared to the woman and said to her, “Indeed now, you are barren and have borne no children, but you shall conceive and bear a son.

Therefore, in Judges 13: 4, 5 Now therefore, please be careful not to drink wine or similar drink, and not to eat anything unclean. 

For behold, you shall conceive and bear a son. And no razor shall come upon his head, for the child shall be a Nazirite to God from the womb; and he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the Philistines.”

According to what is mentioned above when the angel of the Lord told her he told her husband in Judges 13: 6, 7 So the woman came and told her husband, saying, “A Man of God came to me, and His countenance was like the countenance of the Angel of God, very awesome; but I did not ask Him where He was from, and He did not tell me His name. 

And He said to me, ‘Behold, you shall conceive and bear a son. Now drink no wine or similar drink, nor eat anything unclean, for the child shall be a Nazirite to God from the womb to the day of his death.’”

When the Angel of the Lord told her the above-mentioned words, her husband Manoah was not with her. Therefore because Manoah who heard what she said prayed to the Lord and said, “O my Lord, please let the Man of God whom You sent come to us again and teach us what we shall do for the child who will be born” God listened to the voice of Manoah, and the Angel of God came to the woman again as she was sitting in the field; but Manoah her husband was not with her.

Therefore, that woman Judges 13: 11 – 16 So Manoah arose and followed his wife. When he came to the Man, he said to Him, “Are You the Man who spoke to this woman?” And He said, “I am.”

Manoah said, “Now let Your words come to pass! What will be the boy’s rule of life, and his work?”

So the Angel of the Lord said to Manoah, “Of all that I said to the woman let her be careful. 

She may not eat anything that comes from the vine, nor may she drink wine or similar drink, nor eat anything unclean. All that I commanded her let her observe.”

Then Manoah said to the Angel of the Lord, “Please let us detain You, and we will prepare a young goat for You.”

And the Angel of the Lord said to Manoah, “Though you detain Me, I will not eat your food. But if you offer a burnt offering, you must offer it to the Lord.” (For Manoah did not know He was the Angel of the Lord.)

What these verses mean is that Manoah talking to the Angel of the Lord and changing his doubt and when that word comes to pass how to bring him up and when he asked these things, the Angel of the Lord said that of all that I said to the woman let her be careful. She may not eat anything that comes from the vine, nor may she drink wine or similar drink, nor eat anything unclean. All that I commanded her let her observe. Then Manoah said to the Angel of the Lord, “Please let us detain You, and we will prepare a young goat for You.”

And the Angel of the Lord in Judges 13: 16 And the Angel of the Lord said to Manoah, “Though you detain Me, I will not eat your food. But if you offer a burnt offering, you must offer it to the Lord.” (For Manoah did not know He was the Angel of the Lord.)

In this manner, when the Angel of the Lord said Manoah said to the Angel of the Lord, “What is Your name, that when Your words come to pass we may honor You?” And the Angel of the Lord said to him, “Why do you ask My name, seeing it is wonderful?” So Manoah took the young goat with the grain offering and offered it upon the rock to the Lord. And He did a wondrous thing while Manoah and his wife looked on.

My dear people, regarding Manoah’s wife what God is showing as a pattern is that if the Israelites keep doing evil, God is delivering them into the hands of the Philistines for forty years. What this is showing is the bondage of the soul. But from this bondage, if our soul wants to be delivered salvation is necessary. What this salvation is that making something not seen to be manifested. That is a wonderous thing. Also, that is why before the Nazarite Jesus came, God in the wife of Manoah made a son with the Nazarite vow to be conceived and so that she also will not eat or drink anything that is unclean God is sending his Angel and commanding them. This is because after the salvation of the soul only we can overcome the Philistines and he is showing this as a pattern. This salvation of the soul if we have to receive it only in the church of God (in the field) God is sending his Angel to the wife of Manoah. In this manner, how God is saving them is that they are asking the Angel of the Lord what is your name, what he said is that his name is wonderful, then Manoah went and brought the young goat with the grain offering, and offered it upon the rock to the Lord. And when they were looking a wonderous thing was manifested.

What this signifies is that when our soul is submitted and when we offer it to him, he is saving us. Also, we who are saved, if we do not eat anything unclean which God has said then in the growth of our soul we can live holy. Also, we can become free from our bondage. In this manner, let us submit ourselves to receive the salvation of our soul by Christ.
