“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Psalms 108: 6 That Your beloved may be delivered, save with Your right hand, and hear me.

Hallelujah 

God is delivering and saving our soul, the bride, the church from the Midianites.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that if we, the bride, the church do wickedness against God we meditated regarding how we will be made poor.

In this manner when we are submitted to the enemy and being made poor by God, when we look unto God and call him God sends a prophet, who is Christ for us to us and to show this as a pattern only in Judges 6: 8 – 14 that the Lord sent a prophet to the children of Israel, who said to them, “Thus says the Lord God of Israel: ‘I brought you up from Egypt and brought you out of the house of bondage; 

and I delivered you out of the hand of the Egyptians and out of the hand of all who oppressed you, and drove them out before you and gave you their land. 

Also I said to you, “I am the Lord your God; do not fear the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell.” But you have not obeyed My voice.’”

Now the Angel of the Lord came and sat under the terebinth tree which was in Ophrah, which belonged to Joash the Abiezrite, while his son Gideon threshed wheat in the winepress, in order to hide it from the Midianites. 

And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him, and said to him, “The Lord is with you, you mighty man of valor!”

Gideon said to Him, “O my lord, if the Lord is with us, why then has all this happened to us? And where are all His miracles which our fathers told us about, saying, ‘Did not the Lord bring us up from Egypt?’ But now the Lord has forsaken us and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites.”

Then the Lord turned to him and said, “Go in this might of yours, and you shall save Israel from the hand of the Midianites. Have I not sent you?”

When we meditate upon the above-mentioned verses, God is raising Gideon among the Israelites. In this manner what God is telling the Israelites through Gideon is that I brought you up from Egypt and brought you out of the house of bondage; and I delivered you out of the hand of the Egyptians and out of the hand of all who oppressed you, and drove them out before you and gave you their land. Also I said to you, “I am the Lord your God; do not fear the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell.” But you have not obeyed My voice.’”

After that, the Angel of the Lord came and sat under the terebinth tree which was in Ophrah, which belonged to Joash the Abiezrite, while his son Gideon threshed wheat in the winepress, in order to hide it from the Midianites. And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him, and said to him, “The Lord is with you, you mighty man of valor!” Gideon said to Him, “O my lord, if the Lord is with us, why then has all this happened to us? And where are all His miracles which our fathers told us about, saying, ‘Did not the Lord bring us up from Egypt?’ But now the Lord has forsaken us and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites.” Then the Lord said to Gideon, “Go in this might of yours, and you shall save Israel from the hand of the Midianites. Have I not sent you?” So he said to Him, “O my Lord, how can I save Israel? Indeed my clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s house.” And the Lord said to him, “Surely I will be with you, and you shall defeat the Midianites as one man.”

My dear people, when we meditate upon this one by one God is watching how much strength each one of us have in our soul and when we do not obey the word of God how God is submitting us to the enemy and how the enemy is overcoming us, the Israelite and not only that when we are being oppressed by the enemy how we are crying to the Lord and when we cry in this manner and call God immediately regarding the strength that God is giving in our soul is that each one of the prophets are rising within Israel and he is showing us as a pattern how Christ is putting on strength in our soul and we can see this.

That is, according to each deed of the Gentiles and according to how we are calling our God, we are putting on strength and we can see this how every prophet’s name is being written. In this manner, when we are meditating these things one by one God is noting about the Midianites. That is, within us, the Israelites the deeds of the Midianites for God to destroy them it is written that the Angel of the Lord came and sat under the terebinth tree, which was in Ophrah, which belonged to Joash the Abiezrite. This shows how our soul has received the grace of God.

Regarding this, his son Gideon threshed wheat in the winepress, in order to hide it from the Midianites. Also, Israel, the church is written as the wheat. But our Lord Jesus Christ, is Israel, the church and he is being sown in the ground and he is the seed that sprouted first and regarding that what God is telling is that John 12: 23, 24 But Jesus answered them, saying, “The hour has come that the Son of Man should be glorified. 

Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain.

Regarding this, what is being said is that each person should lose his own life and should receive the life of Christ and rise up. When he rises up in this manner we are all becoming Israel, the church. That is what it means that Gideon threshed wheat in the winepress, in order to hide it from the Midianites. Then Angel of the Lord appeared to him, and said to him, “The Lord is with you, you mighty man of valor!” Even if God speaks to us in this manner we do not accept this and many within us are also like this and these words speak this to us. This is because we also think, if God is with us will all these things happen to us and such kind of thoughts will come in our soul and God is showing this as a pattern. Also, the thing that we think is that the miracles that took place in the time of our fathers is not there now.

My dear people, more than before now only miracles are taking place more. That is, within our inner man what is happening is the image of God, which is salvation. Also, God is telling Gideon go in this might of yours, and you shall save Israel from the hand of the Midianites. Have I not sent you? That is, God is seeing Gideon threshing. Therefore since those with strength can only fight, pray and receive victory so the strength that God has given us whether small or big we must drive out the wicked things and that is the will of God.

Therefore, by the strength of God we must receive deliverance from the deeds of the Midianites and must live as children pleasing to God. Therefore my dear people, even if we have little strength let us listen to the voice of God and if we will obey we will be saved.
