“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Hebrews 9: 14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

Our soul, the bride, the church should be cleansed from dead works by the Spirit of Christ and by his blood.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated regarding that for us, the bride, the church God is the God that takes revenge upon our enemies. Not only that, in the previous portion five kings hid in the cave. When Joshua knew that he rolled large stones against the mouth of the cave and set men by it to guard them. But no Gentiles should enter the city. But after the Gentiles had been slaughtered, those who escaped entered the city. The explanation of this is that the city means Jerusalem. That Jerusalem is each one of us who has been redeemed by Christ. There should not be deeds of the Gentiles within us and for this our Lord Jesus Christ with the word of God, the sword he is destroying the Gentiles.

Regarding this, Revelation 19: 14 – 20 And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. 

Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 

And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

Then I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, “Come and gather together for the supper of the great God, 

that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, both small and great.”

And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army. 

Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone.

When we meditate upon the above-mentioned verses, Christ as one who has received authority over the Gentiles receives victory. But it is written that the remaining deeds in that some of them will enter us (fortified city).

Next, what we are meditating is that Joshua10: 20 – 27 Then it happened, while Joshua and the children of Israel made an end of slaying them with a very great slaughter, till they had finished, that those who escaped entered fortified cities. 

And all the people returned to the camp, to Joshua at Makkedah, in peace. No one moved his tongue against any of the children of Israel.

Then Joshua said, “Open the mouth of the cave, and bring out those five kings to me from the cave.” 

And they did so and brought out those five kings to him from the cave: the king of Jerusalem, the king of Hebron, the king of Jarmuth, the king of Lachish, and the king of Eglon.

So it was, when they brought out those kings to Joshua, that Joshua called for all the men of Israel, and said to the captains of the men of war who went with him, “Come near, put your feet on the necks of these kings.” And they drew near and put their feet on their necks. 

Then Joshua said to them, “Do not be afraid, nor be dismayed; be strong and of good courage, for thus the Lord will do to all your enemies against whom you fight.” 

And afterward Joshua struck them and killed them and hanged them on five trees; and they were hanging on the trees until evening. 

So it was at the time of the going down of the sun that Joshua commanded, and they took them down from the trees, cast them into the cave where they had been hidden, and laid large stones against the cave’s mouth, which remain until this very day.

When we meditate upon the above-mentioned verses, we can understand that no one spoke anything against Israel.  Also, all the Israelites returned to Joshua from Makkedah, in peace. Also, Joshua rolled and removed the stone that was kept upon the cave that the five kings were in and when he told them to bring the five kings out, they brought them out in the same manner. Then Joshua said to the captains of the men of war to come near and put your feet on the necks of these five kings. Then came near and in the same manner they kept their legs on their necks. Then Joshua said to the children of Israel “Do not be afraid, nor be dismayed; be strong and of good courage, for thus the Lord will do to all your enemies against whom you fight.”

In the above-mentioned words, God is showing as a pattern that the cave is our soul and the kings who hid inside them means the rulers of the world, that is the giant spirits. These wicked giant spirits, God keeps them under his legs and by his word, which is the sword he kills them and this God is doing through Joshua and made that body hang on the tree until evening and then they took that body down from there and cast them into the cave where they had been hidden, and laid large stones on them.

That is, our Lord Jesus Christ by his spirit will wash our soul from all the dead deeds that is in it and cleanses us and this is shown as a pattern. Regarding this, Revelation 17: 5 – 10 And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT,

THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with great amazement.

But the angel said to me, “Why did you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and the ten horns. 

The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to perdition. And those who dwell on the earth will marvel, whose names are not written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world, when they see the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

“Here is the mind which has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits. 

There are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, and the other has not yet come. And when he comes, he must continue a short time.

When we meditate upon the above-mentioned verses, we will come to know the explanation regarding the five kings. Regarding this, we will meditate tomorrow by the grace of God.

My dear people, we must not give place to the spirits of the giants mentioned before in our soul and we must submit ourselves completely to God.
