“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

1 Peter 3: 3, 4 Do not let your adornment be merely outward—arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel— rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God.

We, the bride, the church should remove from us the things that are cursed.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that for us, the bride, the church there is only one priest as one with fullness of grace and he is the one with the priesthood who does not change forever. Also, only when the priests blew the trumpet the people shouted. When the people are shouting, the city of Jericho will be given in your hands and when God told this to Joshua –

Next, what we will be meditating is that Joshua 6: 17 – 19 Now the city shall be doomed by the Lord to destruction, it and all who are in it. Only Rahab the harlot shall live, she and all who are with her in the house, because she hid the messengers that we sent. 

And you, by all means abstain from the accursed things, lest you become accursed when you take of the accursed things, and make the camp of Israel a curse, and trouble it. 

But all the silver and gold, and vessels of bronze and iron, are consecrated to the Lord; they shall come into the treasury of the Lord.”

This city and everything in it will be accursed for the Lord. Also, what Joshua says is that only Rahab the harlot shall live, she and all who are with her in the house, because she hid the messengers that we sent.

My dear people, few days back the Holy Spirit revealed to us few things regarding Rahab, the harlot. We must think regarding how she is becoming a part within Israel; the church and we should leave the fellowship that we have with her. That is, this cursed city, and everything in it will be accursed to the Lord. All these things what God is telling us as a pattern is that by taking anything that is accursed we will become accursed and Israel will make the camp accursed and so that they don’t trouble it, we must be careful regarding things that are cursed.

But all the silver and gold, and vessels of bronze and iron, are consecrated to the Lord; they shall come into the treasury of the Lord. In this manner, Joshua is telling the words of the Lord and explaining it with a pattern. That is, what is written as vessels is regarding us. Within us, Christ, the word of God in the fullness of grace and truth comes within us and dwells there. This is written in John 1: 14. 

Also, Psalms 85: 9 – 13 Surely His salvation is near to those who fear Him, that glory may dwell in our land.

Mercy and truth have met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed.

Truth shall spring out of the earth, and righteousness shall look down from heaven.

Yes, the Lord will give what is good; and our land will yield its increase.

Righteousness will go before Him and shall make His footsteps our pathway.

According to what is mentioned above, the goodness will dwell within us. But people do not know the meaning of this in the spiritual path and think that these are the things that perish like gold, silver, bronze and iron and think that they are holy wrongly. They are decorating themselves with things that are perishing in this manner. Decorating themselves in this manner among the Israelites is Rahab, the harlot and her family are not destroyed and are safeguarded through Joshua. We must realize how cunningly her family received place in the midst of the Israelites and we must all not go near the door of her house and we must all realize this and be very careful.

This is because all the gold, silver bronze and iron all these things which perish will not inherit the eternal kingdom which will not perish. Therefore they are cursed. Those who believe on them and those who have faith on them are to be cursed. Therefore what God is telling is that anything that is cursed should not be with us or in our houses. If Israel, our soul desires them, it will make Israel to be troubled. Still many do not know this truth and are made to lie down in hell and undergo pain. 

Therefore, my dear people if such things are in our houses or on parts of our body we are to be cursed. That is why he is showing the wall of Jericho as a pattern. Therefore in our journey of faith to Canaan we must put on only Christ, and none of these should be worn in the parts of our body.

Therefore, my loving people who are reading this if we leave all these kinds of things and make ourselves empty we can inherit Canaan, which is eternal life. In this manner, let us obey the word of God and submit ourselves.
