“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Zechariah 8: 8

I will bring them back, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem. They shall be My people and I will be their God, in truth and righteousness.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen

We, the bride, the church should enter into Zion.

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, in the portion of the Bible that we meditated upon in the past days, we meditated that we, the bride, the church should safeguard our soul so that it is not destroyed.

Next what we are meditating upon is that in the verse 1 Chronicles 11: 1 - 5 Then all Israel came together to David at Hebron, saying, “Indeed we are your bone and your flesh.

Also, in time past, even when Saul was king, you were the one who led Israel out and brought them in; and the Lord your God said to you, ‘You shall shepherd My people Israel, and be ruler over My people Israel.’

Therefore all the elders of Israel came to the king at Hebron, and David made a covenant with them at Hebron before the Lord. And they anointed David king over Israel, according to the word of the Lord by Samuel.

And David and all Israel went to Jerusalem, which is Jebus, where the Jebusites were, the inhabitants of the land.

But the inhabitants of Jebus said to David, “You shall not come in here!” Nevertheless David took the stronghold of Zion (that is, the City of David).

In the above-mentioned verses, all Israel came together to David at Hebron, saying, “Indeed we are your bone and your flesh. Also, in time past, even when Saul was king, you were the one who led Israel out and brought them in; and the Lord your God said to you, ‘You shall shepherd My people Israel, and be ruler over My people Israel.’  Therefore all the elders of Israel came to the king at Hebron, and David made a covenant with them at Hebron before the Lord.

My dear people, what is given in the above-mentioned verses is regarding the salvation of our soul and the Lord is showing this as a pattern. Regarding the City of David, which is Zion the Lord is saying that it is written that David took the stronghold of Zion means that is Christ and he is only Jerusalem, and this is being explained to us. In this manner, in our lives because Christ is manifested as our Saviour so we are making a covenant along with him. If we make a covenant with him then we will be his bone and flesh. In this manner by the anointing that we have received through the Lord in all our lives the foreign Gentiles that are there which are the wicked crowd cannot enter in our soul, within Christ and though they arise against us Christ will be our Saviour and he alone will be our head. In this manner let us submit ourselves in everything.

Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all abundantly.
