“Glory to the Precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ”

Ezekiel 47: 9  And it shall be that every living thing that moves, wherever the rivers go, will live. There will be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters go there; for they will be healed, and everything will live wherever the river goes

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

Hallelujah

Explanation about the Fountain of water springing upto everlasting life

My dear brothers and sisters in Christ, we meditated some thoughts regarding about how we should protect our soul from not getting stuck to the earth. In our lives the enemy hides cunningly in our soul and makes us do many wicked things and think many wicked things  and makes us fall down by the hands of the uncircumcised Philistines by making us do the deeds of the uncircumcised Philistines. This will become the reason for our eternal life to perish. But Isaac obeyed God and as God told him - Genesis 26: 17 Then Isaac departed from there and pitched his tent in the Valley of Gerar, and dwelt there.

Genesis 26: 18, 19 And Isaac dug again the wells of water which they had dug in the days of Abraham his father, for the Philistines had stopped them up after the death of Abraham. He called them by the names which his father had called them.

Also Isaac’s servants dug in the valley, and found a well of running water there.

When we read the Old Testament,  God is showing the spring which is the well as a pattern to God's church. In these days that spring is the spring of everlasting life which is our Lord Jesus Christ. God's words says that The living water, which is the everlasting words of life begins from our soul. Those who have received it are able to  experience its presence very well. That is what manifests as The Holy Spirit which is the bride - the church. Moreover, the place where holy people gather is called as the Holy bride - the church.

When God gives such a spring in our souls, the devil will fight against us. Because when Isaac's servants dug the well and saw spring of water the herdsmen of Gerar quarreled saying that it was theirs.  So he called the name of the well Esek, because they quarreled with him.

Then they dug another well, and they quarreled over that one also. So he called its name Sitnah.

Thirdly he moved from there and dug another well, and they did not quarrel over it. So he called its name Rehoboth, because he said, “For now the Lord has made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land.”

In this manner, God started fulfilling the promise that he gave Abraham that in Isaac shall your seed be called.

Genesis 26: 23Then he went up from there to Beersheba.

Genesis 26: 24, 25 And the Lord appeared to him the same night and said, “I am the God of your father Abraham; do not fear, for I am with you. I will bless you and multiply your descendants for My servant Abraham’s sake.”

So he built an altar there and called on the name of the Lord, and he pitched his tent there; and there Isaac’s servants dug a well.

In this manner, when God said that in Isaac shall your seed be called he showed the promise as a pattern that the church that is Christ's church will increase in all places and by this he made the church increase.

Then Abimelech came to him from Gerar with Ahuzzath, one of his friends, and Phichol the commander of his army.

And Isaac said to them, “Why have you come to me, since you hate me and have sent me away from you?” But they said, “We have certainly seen that the Lord is with you. So we said, ‘Let there now be an oath between us, between you and us; and let us make a covenant with you, that you will do us no harm, since we have not touched you, and since we have done nothing to you but good and have sent you away in peace. You are now the blessed of the Lord.’ ”

Genesis 26: 30 So he made them a feast, and they ate and drank.

Then they arose early in the morning and swore an oath with one another; and Isaac sent them away, and they departed from him in peace.

Genesis 26: 32, 33 It came to pass the same day that Isaac’s servants came and told him about the well which they had dug, and said to him, “We have found water.”

So he called it Shebah. Therefore the name of the city is Beersheba to this day.

But the reason why Abimelech, his friend and the commander of his army made an oath with Isaac was - Galatians 3: 8, 9 And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, “In you all the nations shall be blessed.”

So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham.

In relation to this when we read John Chapter 4, we come to know that Jews will have no dealings with Samaritans because in John 4: 7 - 10

A woman of Samaria came to draw water. Jesus said to her, “Give Me a drink.”

Then the woman of Samaria said to Him, “How is it that You, being a Jew, ask a drink from me, a Samaritan woman?” For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.

Jesus answered and said to her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.”

The woman said to Him, “Sir, You have nothing to draw with, and the well is deep. Where then do You get that living water? Are You greater than our father Jacob, who gave us the well, and drank from it himself, as well as his sons and his livestock?”

John 4: 13, 14 Jesus answered and said to her, “Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again,

but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”

In this manner, he revealed about himself in Samaria. Then he told that woman But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.

John 4: 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

From this, what we understand is that - God is a spirit. And we know that His word is being manifested as the Son and that word is truth. He is the Holy Spirit who is the bride. When the bridegroom who is Christ manifests in us we become the bride and worship God in spirit and in truth. This is the truth. This truth will set all of us free.

Let us pray. May the Lord bless you all.
